Since the company's founding in 1986, we have been guided by a few simple principles:
The products we sell are carefully selected and have undergone extensive performance analysis prior to there offering. Packard warrants that its products are free from defect in material and workmanship, meets or exceeds OEM specifications and will offer a full replacement or credit for products which we supply that are defective and returned by the customer. Packard also warrants that its products will not cause excessive or abnormal wear to the machine or printhead. However, under the following conditions, Packard will bear the cost of service and repair of machines which are damaged, excluding normal wear and tear, by use of our products. 1. Signed documentation from a service representative stating that the abnormal wear can be established as a direct result of exclusive and continuous use of Packard's product. 2. Reasonable precautions have been taken in handling, storage, and use of Packard's products.
3. Report of such damage is reasonable and prompt.
