What if my product is not listed?
Please call us at 1-800-289-9696 with the make and model of the machine, printer or a description of the product as needed.  A Packard Specialist will provide you with the appropriate roll or ribbon.


Do you offer specialty or custom printed products?
Yes, we offer a wide array of specialty and customized products, including but not limited to printed receipt rolls. 


How do I place an order?
The choice is yours.  You can choose any of the following methods:

Is there a minimum order?
We have no minimum order other than products must be ordered in full box quantities.


What forms of payment do you accept?
Choose from any of these convenient options:

    1. Charge to your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card.  
    2. ACH Electronic check payment which is debited from your checking account.
    3. Net 30-Day terms with an approved credit application.


How and when can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders ship via UPS Monday through Friday.  Most orders received prior to 3pm EST ship that day, however all orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order.  If for any reason your order is delayed, you will be notified as to the expected ship date.  Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.  For faster delivery you can request next-day or second-day air service when you place your order.  For international and APO addresses your product will ship USPS for an additional fee of $4.75 per package.


What is the cost of shipping?
You will get an estimated shipping charge online for UPS shipments when ordering, but actual shipping charges are calculated at time of shipment.  For UPS shipments we only charge the published UPS rates with a minimum shipping charge of $4.75.  For orders sent via USPS shipping costs will be calculated at time of shipment.


How do I track my order?
You can track your order by going to the UPS website at www.ups.com type in the tracking number from your invoice and track your order.


What is your Guarantee?
Packard Paper guarantees its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and meet or exceed OEM performance. Our sole obligation will be to replace any defective product within 30-days from date of invoice.  Any product returned as defective that proves through testing not to be defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.


What is your return policy?  
    - No returns will be accepted unless prior approval has been authorized by Packard Paper for which a Return
      Authorization (RA) Number has been issued.
    - A RA Number must be requested within 30-days from Date of Invoice.
    - Only Full Cartons will be accepted for returns.
    - Return Products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
    - No Special or Customized items may be returned unless defective in material and/or workmanship.
    - All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee (Less the cost of shipping if paid for by Packard
      Paper).  It is recommended that you insure the return shipment as we are not responsible for any items lost or
      damaged during the returning process.
    - You will be responsible for all the shipping costs (including return shipping) as well as a 20% restocking fee for
      refusal of any shipment.  This excludes items received damaged.  
    - For products that are damaged in transit you must notify the shipping carrier upon delivery.  You may choose to
      refuse any items with visual damage.

    - Packard Paper will provide a pre-paid return shipment label for any items that we have sent in error.
